Debbie Vara
Licensed Professional Counselor/Clinical Supervisor/Business Owner
As a trauma therapist who has personally experienced PTSD, I understand how real and overwhelming these struggles can be. That’s why I’m passionate about helping individuals just like you let go of the past, process and release intense emotions, rebuild self-trust, and create a fulfilling life beyond trauma and anxiety. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and a Licensed Telehealth Provider in Florida, with advanced training in EMDR (EMDRIA approved). I also serve as a VA Board Approved Clinical Supervisor for LPC and LMFT residents. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University (CACREP-accredited) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Kansas State University. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a deep commitment to your healing journey.
