Chair Massage & SHARE Food Drive - January 16 & 17, 2010 from 1PM to 5PM. A Path to Integrative Healing, 5 Northern Blvd, Building 16, Suite 10, Amherst NH. Anyone bringing a donation to SHARE (the local food pantry) will be offered a 5 minute chair massage with all proceeds going to SHARE. Desperately needed items include diapers, toilet paper, paper towels, toothpaste, shampoos, and low salt food items (pasta, sauce, and baking ingredients). Contact Jason for more information.

Upcoming Classes

Monthly Healing and Meditation Group, Usually the first Sunday of the Month. Come and share your perspectives and discuss various metaphysical and healing ideas with others. Meets at 5 Northern Boulevard, Building 16. Contact Jason for more information. Cost - $5 donation is encouraged to help cover the cost of the space, otherwise, this is a sharing group.

Men's Spiritual Group - Starting in February. This group will be intended as a spiritual sharing group for men of all ages. This is a desperately needed service that is often too hard to find. Come share your experiences and learn from the experiences of others. Cost - $5 donation is encouraged to help cover the cost of the space, otherwise, this is a sharing group. Massage Class for Friends and Family. Do you enjoy offering massage to your friends and family? Massage, even with a basic knowledge, can help people relax, feel better, and feel more connected. This class is specifically intended to give a 90-minute introduction to the precautions and basic techniques to offer safe and effective contact for friends and family without tiring your hands after just 5 minutes. You can also learn to do a little for yourself as well. Class is limited to 3 pairs (6 people total) and participants are required to sign up with a friend/sibling/parent/child. Ample time will be available for practice and questions. Date is to be determined in the month of February. Cost - $30 per 2-people. Contact Jason for more information.

Crystal Healing Class. Have you always felt a connection to stones and crystals? Do you carry a few around with you in a pocket, pouch, or on a necklace? Would you like to learn how to select, clear, and connect to the Stone People? Jason has been working with the stone people for over 30-years and will be offering a 90-minute class in March as an introduction to working with stones and crystals. Bring a few pieces along to work with, or find a new piece at a reasonable price to work with something new. There will be plenty of time for questions, answers, and discussions. Date is to be determined. Cost - $35 per person plus the cost of new stones if one calls to you (available at rates varying from $0.50 to $15 each). Contact Jason for more information or to sign up.

Vortex Dowsing/Earth Energy Lines/Ley Lines/Dragon Lines. You don't have to go to Sedona to find Vortexes or Ley Lines, these meridians of earth energy circle the earth and are everywhere, including southern New Hampshire! This outdoor class will be held during the month of April to help you learn to find and experience these energy centers, using whatever skills and talents are best for you. With patience and practice, you could be finding these on your next walk through the local park or forest. They are very helpful for healing and meditation work, as well as ceremonies and rituals. The exact location will be determined as the class gets closer, and may be influenced by the home area of class participants. Class is limited to 6 people and will be outdoors. Be prepared to be outside and walk around on uneven ground for this experiential class in a wilderness area of southern NH or north-central MA. It will be a good Saturday afternoon outside with like-minded people. Be prepared to ask questions to make it most valuable to you. Class size is limited to 6 people. Cost - $50 per person. Integrative Reiki I Class. Reiki is frequently used by councilors, massage therapists, psychics, and meditators to help them achieve their goals. Reiki I is intended primarily for self-healing but does begin to open possibilities for energy work for any purpose. An extensive handout packet is included with the class so you don't have to take notes. The class includes attunement in both the Usui and the Raku Kei Systems of Healing, the first healing symbol, an introduction to energy and chakras and how you experience them. A full-day of information and meditation, and a day of practical Reiki work on other students and on yourself. The class information includes basic practical information on opening the psychic senses (feeling, hearing, seeing, and knowing), meeting and working with spirit guides, energy patterns, screening/shielding, channeling energy, and much more. Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-5PM. The class costs $150 for Reiki I and will be offered on a weekend in May that will be determined soon. Like most of Jason's classes, the class size is limited for the best opportunities or 1-on-1 and group learning. Jason has been teaching this class for over 10 years and continues to add more information every time. He also remains available to answer questions brought by former students.
