Directions: From Rt 101A (West of Nashua/Hooksett/Rt 3, East of Milford/Rt 101/Rt 13) turn onto Northern Boulevard at the lights between the Super Wal Mart and the Mobil Station. Cross the train tracks. Turn into the first driveway on the right after the train tracks and enter the first builing on the right (Northwood Green/MJOTC). If you cannot see the Wal Mart or the train tracks from the driveway you have gone too far. My office is downstairs.

RATES AND POLICIES

Rates (All Massage Modalities):
30 Minutes – $40
60 Minutes – $65
90 Minutes – $90
Additional Minutes – Add $1/Minute
Gift Certificates are available upon request.
Package of 10 – Costs the equivalent of 9 of those appointments
Client Rewards, Pending Availability:
Additional 10 Minutes for Referrals (If you were referred by someone else, please let me know)
Additional 10 Minutes for a 1 hour massage or longer ON YOUR BIRTHDAY
Note – Massage rates are typically defined as massage time. Appointments of 1 hour or longer include an additional 20-30 minutes for intake, questions, changing, etc. If you require extra time for consultation, meditation, or take-home stretches and exercises then please let me know.
Cancellation Policy:
Please kindly give 24 hours notice by phone, text message, or email if you need to cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. If you do not call or show you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled appointment. Exceptions will be granted for emergencies, sickness, or severe weather. Please do not put yourself or others in danger for your massage appointment.
Payment/Tipping Policy:
Jason charges the rate that is expected and required for his time and effort. As such, cash tips are never expected or required. Referrals for new clients by word of mouth for excellent service are greatly appreciated however.
Payment is due at the end of your appointment and is accepted in the form of cash or check. Please try to have exact payment available since change is not always available. Receipt and insurance documentation such as SOAP notes are available upon request.
Additional Information:
If at any time there is anything that can be done to make the massage better then please let the massage therapist know. This includes, but is not limited to, technique, depth, pressure, area being worked, position, temperature, and your own comfort. Requests will be accomodated within the limits of the therapist's professional licensure and training.
